Use of Work for Marketing

By placing an order with Mettle Print (Bombay Impressions Private Limited) whether through the Site or via offline channels—you grant us the right to showcase the work created for you (including but not limited to designs, printed materials, packaging, and custom products) on our website, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials. This right helps us demonstrate the scope and quality of our work. If you wish to opt out of this usage, you must notify us in writing prior to order confirmation.

Payments & Overdue Charges (As per MSME Act)

All invoices raised by Mettle Print (Bombay Impressions Private Limited) must be settled within the payment terms agreed upon at the time of order. In accordance with the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006, any delay in payment beyond 45 days from the date of invoice will attract compound interest at three times the bank rate notified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Mettle Print (Bombay Impressions Private Limited) reserves the right to:

• Charge interest on delayed payments as per MSME Act provisions.

• Initiate recovery proceedings through MSME Samadhaan or other legal platforms if payments remain unpaid beyond the permissible period.

• Suspend services or withhold deliveries for clients with overdue invoices until full payment, including interest, is cleared.

Clients are encouraged to make timely payments to avoid penalties, legal action, and disruption of services.

Taxes

Members are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, including GST, on their orders. Mettle Print may incur fees in collecting outstanding balances, and members are liable for these fees. Members must provide accurate GST registration details, and any liability arising from incorrect information will be the member’s responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased from the Site will be delivered to members by Mettle Print’s logistics partners. Mettle Print will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but is not liable for delays or damages caused by external factors beyond its control. Members must provide accurate shipping addresses, and Mettle Print is not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate information.

Quality & Quantity Complaints

No claims related to product quality or quantity will be accepted unless Mettle Print is notified within 3 days of receiving the goods. It is the client’s responsibility to inspect the products promptly upon delivery and report any discrepancies or issues within this timeframe. Delayed complaints may not be entertained.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Members must provide valid bank details for refunds via NEFT for cash on delivery transactions. Refunds are subject to verification and may require supporting documents from the member.

Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify Mettle Print and its licensors against any claims, liability, or damages arising from breach of these Terms or unauthorized content uploaded by the member.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Site and its Content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Mettle Print makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the Site. Certain consumer guarantees may apply under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Mettle Print, its licensors, and affiliates are not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or failure to provide ordered Products. Any liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Site Feedback

Any feedback provided to Mettle Print regarding the Site or its operation becomes the exclusive property of Mettle Print, which may use it without restriction.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
