6. Shipping and Delivery Products purchased from the Site will be delivered to members by Mettle Print’s logistics partners. Mettle Print will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but is not liable for delays or damages caused by external factors beyond its control. 7. Refunds Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Members must provide valid bank details for refunds via NEFT for cash on delivery transactions. Refunds are subject to verification and may require supporting documents from the member.

8. Indemnification Members agree to indemnify Mettle Print and its licensors against any claims, liability, or damages arising from breach of these Terms or unauthorized content uploaded by the member.
